Wellness Services
Therapeutic wellness is a holistic approach that focuses on treating the whole person, rather than just their symptoms. It encompasses a range of practices and techniques, including mental health therapy, medication, massage therapy, acupuncture, meditation, and yoga, among others. The goal of therapeutic wellness is to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit, and to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.
At Cactus Flower Healing, we believe in using a whole body approach to healing because we understand that nervous system regulation is necessary to heal our bodies and minds. Through a blended approach of talk therapy and somatic practices, we help women heal the root of their mental health challenges rather than merely easing their symptoms.

Naturopathic Medicine
Honoring Nature's Wisdom in Healing. Rooted in centuries-old healing traditions, naturopathic medicine blends ancient wisdom with modern science. Originating from various cultures, it draws inspiration from holistic practices worldwide, emphasizing the body's innate ability to heal through natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments.
LENS Therapy
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive therapy that uses real-time monitoring of brain activity to help individuals improve their mental health. This innovative treatment has been shown to be effective in addressing a range of conditions, from symptoms of anxiety and depression to ADHD and PTSD.
Safe and Sound Protocol Therapy
The Safe and Sound Protocol is a practical and therapeutic use of the polyvagal theory to help reduce sensitivities, improve functioning, and regulate your nervous system. SSP uses specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve and train the neural network to more readily recognize sounds of safety and connectedness, resulting in a more regulated and effective state of being.
TRE® (Tension, Stress, & Trauma Release)
TRE® (Tension, Stress, and Trauma Release) was developed by David Berceli and uses the body’s natural tremoring response to release tension and stress. TRE® is not therapy, but it’s a natural mechanism to release stress, tension and negative energy from traumatic experiences.
Massage Therapy
Regular massage can loosen tight muscles, relieve tension, and bring a sense of peace and connectedness. Massage can also be an important part of your recovery. Trauma can disconnect us from our bodies - why would we want to stay in the place where we were hurt - but massage can help us get acquainted with ourselves and with what feels good.
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
Our yoga therapists bring the transformative power of yoga to the healing journey. They guide individuals through yoga practices, which may include gentle movements, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. Yoga therapists ensure that the practices are trauma sensitive and adapted to each individual’s physical and emotional abilities and comfort level.
