Hi! My name is Victoria, and I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a strong background in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations and a variety of presenting issues and concerns. I take an eclectic approach to tailor methods to your unique needs while providing trauma informed care and evidenced based approaches. Specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundary setting, anger, emotional regulation, communication, trauma, attachment, and more; I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as ACT, DBT, parts work, solution-focused, and CBT.
My approach to therapy is authentic and client centered, aiming to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space where you can explore the challenges that may be holding you back from living the life you desire.
In session I emphasize empathy, acceptance, active listening, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to help you explore your values and reach your goals. I look forward to being here to guide you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
