Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you are here!
Life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving you anxious, disconnected, stuck or unsure of your next step. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. With compassionate support and small, intentional changes, healing is possible.
For over 14 years, I’ve worked alongside individuals facing unexpected change, difficult emotions, helping them find clarity and tools to regain a sense of control. My background in social work and professional counseling has given me extensive experience in recognizing the importance of building on (or creating) organic supports—those natural strengths, internal resources, and meaningful connections we already possess as they play a vital role in strengthening our ability to problem-solve and overcome obstacles. Sometimes we lose our ability to see the strengths we carry and need help finding them.
My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in creating a safe space where my goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify tools to manage challenges, and help you move forward as you build or restore confidence within yourself.
Taking this step is an act of courage—and I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward uncovering a deeper sense of self, healing and growth.
If this sounds like a good fit, or you have any questions, schedule a 15 minute free consultation call with me.
