Beth Rossi, LMSW

Managing the weight of being a woman does not come easy. There can be a grieving for the loss of yourself, a sense of invalidation and marginalization, and at times parenting can even trigger you own history of abuse. Working through childhood trauma, struggles with parenting, or other significant life changes are natural part of growth and development.

Inspired by my work with both mothers and adolescents in family preservation, as well as my own personal trials in motherhood I recognize life is messy and learning to manage your own history and regulating responses is essential to create a stable relationship with yourself and others.

My holistic approach to healing means that I see you as a whole person including all the intersections that led you to this moment. Together, we can make room for all of it by unpacking the behaviors, examine the patterns and co-design a balanced path forward.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you have.

Beth accepts adult and adolescent clients (14+).
