How we feel impacts our daily lives, views about ourselves, and our relationships with others. I believe that once we start understanding who we are and how we got here, it gives us the best chance at building meaningful life.

I am a queer, anti-racist, trans-affirming therapist who uses the therapy space as a tool to get people more curious about themselves. My main clinical focuses include working with individuals who have mood disorder, borderline traits, experienced trauma or have questions about their identity in life.

When working with clients, I use a trauma-informed approach. Among other things, this includes building an understanding of how their past impacts their present. I also focus on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. This means taking your internal experiences, family dynamics, identity, and possible social barriers into account to provide care that is the best fit for you. In doing so, I strive to act with openness, honesty, and humility. I use these values to foster curiosity and awareness about your life and ultimately help you heal.
